We just completed an inspection In Newnan for bats in the attic. We did locate where bats were occupying a gable vent, however they had not gained access into the attic. However during this inspection we located a larger problem in the attic. We located Grey Squirrels in the attic. As far as cleanliness the squirrel if more preferred over bats in your attic. However since they are classified as rodents they chew everything in your attic.

These wires were only one of the many we located in the attic that had been chewed in the attic. This damage if not corrected could have led to a fire in the house. The client was very thankful that he did not have bats in his attic however he was as equally thankful that we located these electrical issues during our inspection. We located several nest constructed in this attic. With the amount of nest in this attic this client has a large problem with squirrels currently or in the past. We look forward to offering this house and client a total turn-key removal of the squirrels and a total exclusion of the house to prevent any further problems in the future.
